All Special Jewellery Parcels for Delivery within the UK are sent within 5 days of their Order being placed with us.

Each Special Jewellery Parcel is sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a Traced and Insured Service Guaranteeing Delivery by One O Clock the following day after it is sent.

Your Tracking code is emailed to you once your Special Jewellery Parcel is on its way to you.

International Deliveries are also sent using Royal Mail Traced and Insured Overseas however Delivery estimates vary by location which you are informed of, along with your Tracking Code, once your Special Jewellery Parcel is on its way to you.

International Customers are responsible for their Local Import Customs Duties.
