I'm sure that you'll love your Claire English Jewellery however our Terms are that a full refund will be issued for any Returns made within fourteen days from receipt of delivery in unworn condition.

Earrings are excluded from this policy.

Refunds are not possible for Customised or Bespoke items.

A single complimentary Re-Sizing service is available on all Rings, Bracelets and Necklaces. Any subsequent requests for Sizing Adjustments will be considered on an individual instance basis and may incur charges.
